  • Visit the official Seva Sindhu website by clicking on https://sevasindhuservices.karnataka.gov.in/
  • On the homepage, navigate to the “Department and Service” tab on the main menu.
  • Now search and select the “Bangalore department authority” option from the list. Then click on “Application for E Khata” from the drop-down menu.
  • On the next web page, read out all the mandatory information and click on the “Apply online” button.
  • Now, enter your username and password/OTP verify the capture, and click on the “Login” button.
  • If you do not have login credentials and new user, then click on the registration button.
  • For registration, provide all the necessary details and register yourself.
  • Once you log into your account, enter the applicant details like name, phone number, address, etc all the details.
  • Carefully, check all the details and click on the “I agree” checkbox to proceed with the application and submit the page.
  • On the next web page, click on “Add annexure” and upload all the required documents like ID proof and sale deed,
